We make our fees as affordable as possible.  At your free consultation with an experienced attorney, we will discuss your case with you in detail and give you a quote based on how complicated (or simple) your case is.

Unlike many law firms, we don’t charge a hefty hourly rate and then let you know that your case is racking up more hours than we had originally thought it would. You pay us one flat fee and that’s it.  We simply require a small retainer fee to start the process, and you may break up our fee into as many payments as you need.  As soon as you retain the office, you may immediately start referring your creditors to our office.
